- Attachment 3, Wage Determination MS160048 1/8/2016 Attachment 2, Project Drawing and Location Map Attachment 1, Project Specifications Solicitation Package SF-1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award Brookhaven Emergency Watershed Protection ("EWP") debris removal project located in Lincoln County, Mississippi. A site showing to review the site will occur on Tuesday, 12/6/16 at 1:30 pm CST. Site showing location: NRCS Field Office 1395 Johnny Johnson Drive, Suite C Brookhaven, MS 39601 (601) 833-9321 ext.3 A firm fixed price construction award is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. CST on December 14, 2016. Quotes may be submitted by email to Tami Lanier, Contracting Officer, at tami.lanier@wi.usda.gov. Contractors are strongly urged to attend the site showing. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project at outlined in statement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto. The Contractor must use the IPP website (https://www.ipp.gov) to register, access, and use IPP for submitting invoices.
