- This is Small Business set aside Request For Quotation USAID/Ethiopia would like to hire a series of inter-related organizational development services to include design and facilitation of both Mission-wide and team-centric events and activities; data collection and analysis of leadership values, behaviors, and goals; and individual, team, and executive coaching services. The Mission seeks services which, delivered periodically, will achieve the following objectives: • Enhance USAID/Ethiopia's organizational culture, orienting new staff into the Mission's values and behavioral expectations, while encouraging ongoing organizational development; • Increase staff effectiveness through deeper personal awareness of individual behaviors, and shared understanding of interpersonal and team dynamics; • Strengthen leadership behaviors, skills and approaches of all staff, to exemplify USAID/Ethiopia's desire to develop a "Mission of Leaders." This includes, but is not limited to, the development of supervisory skills; • Support continuous Mission-wide strategic planning, communication, and operational improvement efforts; and, • Boost staff morale and cohesion through informal, off-site interaction. This Statement of Work outlines periodic support services to be required over a two-year period, anticipated to take place from January 2017 to January 2019.
