- RFQ SPM4A8-17-Q-0002 is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. Procurement of ONE (1) 270" x 120" ABRASIVE WATERJET CUTTING SYSTEM in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 16-35-1001 dated August 29, 2016. The contractor shall provide One (1) 270" x 120" Abrasive Waterjet Cutting System, IUID, Technical Data, Rigging, Installation, Training and Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. FOB at Destination with Preliminary Inspection at Origin and Final Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175 shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is December 2, 2016.
