- 2nd Quarter Dairy Solicitation The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05071700002, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - DAIRY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-91-1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of 'number of employees' not to exceed 500 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being January 3, 2017 through January 11, 2017, with exception to 'Item 0003 Eggs, Whole, Fresh, Medium' which is specified for 13 weekly 'Tuesday' deliveries beginning January 3, 2017 and ending March 28, 2017. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, past performance and price considered, past performance being rated higher than price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $3,500.00. Awards that are over $3,500.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 2, 2016, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 13, 2016. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
