- On or about 2 December 2016, I will post an RFP to provide musician service to the chapel. Please fill out the attached request for Proposal (RFP), and email the completed document back in order to be on (7 December 2016 @12:EST). SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS HAS PRECEDENCE; (2) VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. All questions must be addressed by email no later than 24 hours prior to the closing of the buy. Please provide exactly what the government is requesting; see (SOW) statement of work for more details.. All Questions and, RFP must be submitted to cheryl.eason@va.gov.
