- Template - Performance Requirement Summary Draft PWS Special Notice Information and Instructions Service Delivery Outreach and Operation Support Services This notice is being transmitted in accordance with FAR 5.205(c) (Special Notices) and is a follow-up to the Request for Information/Sources Sought Base Notice #: SAQMMA14I0045. The purpose of this special notice is to provide interested vendors with a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and request feedback to be used by the Contracting Officer and Requiring Activity. We encourage all interested vendors to read through the PWS in its entirety and respond to the questions provided at the bottom of the attached information and instructions document. Interested vendors should note that there will be changes made to the PWS between this time and when the RFP is posted to FedBizOpps. See Attachment Titled "Special Notice Information and Instructions" for additional details.
