Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS: Pursuant of FAR 13.106-1 b "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB) intends to award a sole-source order for preventative maintenance on its Opex Omation quiet jogger, Omation 206 machines. This support ensures the proper functions of the machines and its components with the services available value of the order is $20,415 for two years. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency's intent to make a sole-source award to Opex Corporation. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
