- J&A The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Washington, DC. 20004 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to FM: Systems, Inc., 2301 Sugar Bush Road, Suite 880, Raleigh, NC. 27612 (Cage Code: 3KHT9) on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be a Base Year (12 Months) plus three (3) Option Years to renew the customer support fee and subscription services. Period of Performance will begin one year after the date of contract award. Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends on receiving the products and subscription services for Real Estate Portfolio Management to support the renewal for software and technical support for the Office of Facilities at CSOSA. The estimated cost of the contract value is approximately $39,000.00 and will be classified under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 611420: Computer Training. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses to this notice no later than December 5, 2016, 12 PM Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties shall respond to the Contracting Officer with a capability statement for review no later than December 6, 2016, 12 PM Eastern Standard Time, to Oliver Queen, Jr. at oliver.queen@csosa.gov and copy to Chelly Johnson-Jones at chelly.johnson-jones@csosa.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please reference the announcement number on all correspondence. Telephone calls will not be honored. The anticipated award date is 23 December 2016 with a delivery NLT 29 December 2016.
