- The National Park Service seeks proposals from qualified Women-Owned, Small Businesses to provide a 1 1/2 overlay of asphalt hot mix of select paved roads and parking areas in the Round Spring Area of Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Amendment 0001 issued on 08 Nov 2016 to add the site visit sign in sheet and site visit minutes as attachments to the solicitation Amendment 0002 issued to provide a revised Attachment 10 - Pre-Proposal Site Visit Minutes to correct paragraph 4b on page 8; provide a revised Attachment 1 - Specifications; establish the question due date/time as 1 December 2017, 12:00 pm CT; and clarify that cut sheets/specifications for products will be required as set forth in the solicitation. The Government anticipates releasing Amendment 0003 is to answer additional technical questions. Amendment 0003 issued 2 Dec 2016 to answer question about the man hole lift ring and extend the due date/time to 16 Dec 2016, 10:00 am CT. This requirement is being set aside as a Women-Owned, Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.1500. IAW FAR 52.219-30(d)4): Construction by special trade contractors, the concern will perform at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract with its own employees (not including the cost of materials). Award of this solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Onsite construction work shall be executed between 1 Mar 2017 - 14 May 2017. This is non-negotiable. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. NAICS: 237310, Size Standard: $36.5M. See FAR Clause 52.236-27 concerning an organized site visit.
