- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Little River County, Arkansas is interested in leasing approximately 2,525 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,195 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class and high quality office space. Lease term requirement is for 10 years, 4 months firm and be fully serviced. Office space located within the floodplain cannot be considered. The area to be considered for the Little River County USDA Farm Service Agency shall be enclosed within the county limits of Little River. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The area to be considered for the Little River County USDA Farm Service Agency shall be: NORTH - Little River County Limits EAST - Little River County Limits SOUTH - Little River County Limits WEST - Little River County Limits Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
