- Request for Quotation You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ) 17-250-SOL-00007, under FAR Part 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.303 – Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This office is contemplating issuance of one or more Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA(s)). The Government is not responsible for payment exceeding the award amount. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Philip Senerchia at psenerchia@hrsa.gov no later than 5:00PM EST on Monday, December 5, 2016. No questions received after the deadline will be considered. Offers are due via PDF to psenerchia@hrsa.gov by 5:00PM EST on December 7, 2016. No late offers will be considered.
