- The Government intends to extend the multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Science and Technology Support Services (Sci-Tech) contracts DG133E-12-CQ-0020 with Earth Resources Technology, Incorporated, DG133E-12-CQ-0021 with I.M. Systems Group, Incorporated, DG133E-10-CQ-0031 with Science and Technology Corporation, DG133E-10-CQ-0033 with Riverside Technology, Incorporated and DG133E-10-CQ-0034 with Global Science and Technology, Incorporated for a period of six months on a sole source basis. The follow-on to these efforts is the Professional and Technical Services (ProTech) multiple award IDIQ, Satellite domain, being competed under solicitation number ST-1330-16-RP-0103. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be posted as an amendment to this notice at a later date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all submittals received by the due date set forth in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
