- Attachment 7 ALT US Policy Form Attachment 6 Closing Agent Requirements Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 4_Conservation Cooperator Acknowledgement Attachment 3 - Wage Determination 15-4524 Attachment 2 -Quote Submittal Worksheet Attachment 1 Statement of Work Combined synopsis/Solicitation AG-2B46-S-17-0002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number AG-2B46-S-17-0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in a Five (5) Year Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to the responsible Contractors whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right not to award any BPA under this solicitation. The estimated award date of the BPA is on or around January 2, 2017. The government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized call orders placed against the resulting BPA(s) and does not guarantee any orders. The government will make awards without negotiations using pricing set forth in the resultant BPAs awarded. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91 effective November 1, 2016 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html under the current FAR section. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside for the State of Georgia. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices. The small business size standard is $11 million. Submitting quotes via e-mail is considered acceptable. Quotes may also be faxed to 855 432-9029 on or before the deadline date and time.
