- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston Contracting Office on behalf of USARNORTH, intends to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with the PWS, the scope of work includes rental of the following: seven rooms for operational functions with internet and phone access, a general area for registration, one conference room, up-to seventeen breakout rooms, audio and visual equipment with technical support, tables, chairs, and service to re-configure the room layout if necessary. The amount of break out rooms will vary daily, but will not exceed seventeen. In addition, the hotel must agree to block up-to 650 rooms at the local per-diem rate to allow the attendees to make individual reservations.
