- Statement of Work Dated 2 December 2016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-17-Q-0081 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91, Defense Circular Number 20161104, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2016-0603. This procurement is being issued as a small business set aside and with a Limited Source Justification and Approval (See attachment). The North American Industry Classification System Code is 481219 with a size standard of $15.0 Million or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - (QTY: 28 hrs) Airlift Services CLIN 0002 - (QTY: 28 hrs) Vertical Wind Tunnel Services CLIN 0003 - (QTY: 1) USPA Coach Certification Training Course Period of Performance: 4 December 2016 - 12 December 2016 & 5 March - 11 March 2017. See projected days on attached PWS. QUOTE MUST INCLUDE: The name of the company of the Air Carrier being used for the Airlift Services IAW with the attached PWS. Quoted as two line items in the format of price per hour. THE AIRLIFT PORTION OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS A LIMITED SOURCE REQUIREMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED J&A SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE All responses/offers to the solicitation must be submitted via email no later than It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, via email no later than Saturday, 3 December 2016 by 11:00 AM Arizona Local Time to SrA Amanda Wesson (amanda.wesson@us.af.mil) and A1C Amy Richardson (amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil) and A1C Tianheng Lou (tianheng.lou.cn@us.af.mil).
