- Building List Amendment 2 Amendment 2 posted Amendment 1 posted Solicitation posted ** SITE VISIT on 22 NOV 2016 @ 10am central ** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This solicitation is contemplating a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract for Facility Maintenance Services at Fort McCoy, WI. This solicitation / contract anticipates a magnitude between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 if all option years are exercised. This solicitation uses North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561210. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 million. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for Facility Maintenance Services to include, but not limited to: maintenance, repair, and installation of all facility and/or building components, devices, and equipment utilizing personnel for heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), painting, plumbing, electrical, commercial / residential appliances, carpentry, alarm systems, fire detection and suppression systems, natural and LP gas systems, masonry / concrete, sheet metal, and emergency generators.
