- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Neurointerventionalist services to support the Department of Radiology, at Tripler Army Medical Center. This requirement is for a period of performance from 8 February 2017 - 30 September 2017 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods. Required experience of the Neurointerventionalist includes, but is not limited to: (1) The contract provider must have five (5) or more years of experience in performing neurointerventional procedures, to include angioplasties and the use of embolic agents, liquids and coils. Recent experience in performing embolization of intracranial, spinal, and head and neck AVM, aneurysms, tumors and vascular shunts. (2) The contractor must have professional knowledge of radiology safety principles and concepts sufficient to perform clinical and diagnostic services. The contractor must have a broad knowledge of computers and picture archiving computer systems as they relate to a radiology department. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% to small business concerns. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621111 and the annual size standard is $11M. This solicitation package will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
