- Solicitation Package This Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Albuquerque Indian Health Service,Albuquerque Area Office, Ute Mountain Service Unit - Ute Mountain Ute Health Center Towaoc, Colorado, has a requirement for Adolescent Psychiatry Physician Services. A SINGLE AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION To be eligible for contract award, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov, per FAR 52.204-7. All payments by the Government under any associated task order shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232-33. Period of Performance: 01/01/2017 to 12/31/2021
