- On 1 December 2016 at 13:00 EDT, the Government will provide further information/clarification on the Government Manning Estimate referenced in Section L of the solicitation and provided in the Competition Library. Participation in the telephone conference will be via the below dial-in number and is expected to last approximately 15 minutes. It is recommended that potential Offerors consolidate their participation as there is a maximum of 40 participants supported on this line. Questions will not be answered during the meeting and should instead be submitted in writing to trang.perrault@navy.mil. Interested companies are requested to provide a list of their intended participants to the following email addresses: trang.perrault@navy.mil and marianne.martin@navy.mil." Confirmation of the intended participants as well as an Audio Call Number will be provided to each interested company via email message.
