- N00164-17-R-WM01 - SPARES & REPAIRS OF DESIGN DATA SYSTEM, INC CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLIES - FSG 59 - NAICS 334418 Anticipated RFP issue date 18 JAN 2017 - Anticipated closing 15 FEB 2017 Time - 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a single event to procure AN/SLQ-32(V) 3-4 Surface Electronic Warfare System repairs, spares, upgrades, modifications and engineering support from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Design Data System-unique circuit card assemblies (G383121-105, G383121-107, and G383121-108) in accordance with the Statement of Work. CLINs are listed below. CLIN 0001: AN/SLQ-32(V) 3-4 Surface Electronic Warfare System Design Data System Circuit Card Repairs (P/N G383121-105, G383121-107, and G383121-108) CLIN 0002: AN/SLQ-32(V) 3-4 Surface Electronic Warfare System Design Data System Circuit Card (P/N G383121-105) CLIN 0003: AN/SLQ-32(V) 3-4 Surface Electronic Warfare System Design Data System Circuit Card (P/N G383121-106) CLIN 0004: AN/SLQ-32(V) 3-4 Surface Electronic Warfare System Design Data System Circuit Card (P/N G383121-107) CLIN 0005: Data (Not Separately Priced (NSP) A 1 year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of full and open competition after exclusion of sources with 100% Small Business Set--aside IAW FAR 6.203. Anticipated contract is for 40/ea of CLIN 0001 and the procurement of 4/ea of CLINs 0002-0004. Delivery is FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about JCP is located at http://dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
