- The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a proposed sole source acquisition to purchase 5,000 each Connector, Orifice Assembly for use in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) kits for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. The Connector, Orifice Assembly have been tested and qualified for use in the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price purchase order to Inflation Systems, 500 Ogden Avenue, Mamaroneck, NY, on a sole source basis. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 332911 and the small business sized standard is 750 employees. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than December 12, 2016.
