- Solicitation Number W31P4Q-17-Q-0012 is issued as request for a Firm Fixed Price quote for quantity of (2) Slip Rings, P/N 364478-021, manufactured by Schleifring North America, LLC of Chelmsford, MA. The US Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, intends to issue a sole source contract to Schleifring North America, LLC, 222 Mill Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (g)(1)(A), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) titled- Soliciting from a single source. The Government intends to use the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13 for this effort. The place of inspection and acceptance is at Origin. FOB is Origin. Ship-To: (W90BGP) XR W6DV PEO M&S Redstone Sentinel Product Office, BLDG 5250 Huntsville, AL 35898 MARK FOR: Charles Bastian Estimated shipping timeframe and cost shall be included in the quotation. The required delivery is at Origin 20-22 weeks after the receipt of order (ARO) from the Government. Contract Financing is not authorized. Payment shall be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006. DFARS 252.232-7003- Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports and Instructions. Payment method shall be through WAWF. DFARS 252.232-7006- WAWF Payment Instructions This is a DPAS DO rated order. All quotes are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, 08 December, 2016 to Lillian Davis. All responsible sources may sumbit a proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic quotes are preferred and may be submitted to: lillian.m.davis.civ@mail.mil. Quotes/offers received after the specified due date and time shall not be considered for award. Verbal/Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
