- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Delaware City: Wilmington Delineated Area: Central Business District of Wilmington, DE Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,173 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,482 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Reserved & Secured Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Space shall be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. • Offered space shall not be located adjacent to or in close proximity to residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities. • The offered property must have two accessible points of entry. • Anticipated use for law enforcement agency. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, list of tenants currently occupying the building and lease expirations, and contact information of authorized representative. • Reference Project Number 5DE0017. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
