- Pre Solicitation Notice VA Central California Health Care System Fresno, CA The VA Central California Health Care System, Fresno, CA is requesting the services of a contractor for The VA Central California Health Care System, Fresno, CA is requesting the services of a contractor to provide a chlorine dioxide injection system complete, to include all parts, equipment, consumables and expertise and service for a period of one year with contract options for an additional four years. Chlorine dioxide system must be capable of maintaining a chlorine dioxide concentration at the facility water main of 1.0 ppm. Average daily water consumption is estimated at 60,548 gallons per a day with intermittent peaks of up to 100,000 gallons per a day. It is the intent of this contract for the selected vendor to perform all maintenance, adjustments and labor required to operate this equipment. This includes replacing consumables, parts, tubing, and similar items. The government will perform daily testing of the potable water and adjust the dosing in order to maintain the agreed upon residual level. The government should not be expected to trouble shoot, repair (even with vendor provided parts), or change out consumable items. Bidders are advised to carefully review all documents and submit requests for information if clarifications or additional information is required. The solicitation is scheduled to release on or about November 29, 2016. Tentative quote due date is scheduled for December 7, 2016 at 12:00PM. Exact due date and time will be provided on solicitation.
