- DEWA- PLACEMENT & WEEKLY SERVICE OF PORT-A-JOHNS This synopsis covers a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition for port-a-john services at Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price multi-year contract (base year plus four option years). This requirement is for the placement and weekly service of portable toilets to various sites within Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and provide all associated supplies and sanitary services. Sites are located in Pike and Monroe Counties in Pennsylvania and Sussex and Warren Counties in New Jersey. SEE ATTACHED MAP OF LOCATIONS. Vendors are invited to attend a scheduled on site meeting with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to verify locations and scope of work prior to bidding.
