Exhibit D - Sample Transmittal Letter Exhibit C - Sample Lease Exhibit B - Lessee Required Improvements Exhibit A - Description of the Premises Request for Bids Request for Bid Summary This Request for Bids (RFB) provides the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to submit bids to the NPS to lease facilities which include a driving range and mini-golf course located on Flatbush Avenue and Pitch and Putt golf course and associated structures at Jacob Riis Park under the following general terms and conditions. See the attached “Offered Lease” for complete terms of occupancy. Site visits can be made by appointment only through the Business Management Division at Gateway National Recreation Area by emailing gateway_bmd@nps.gov. Property Offered for Lease: The Golf facilities on Flatbush Avenue offered in this solicitation include a 75- tee driving range, practice green, other buildings, and a miniature golf course as more fully described in the corresponding attachments. The Golf facilities at Jacob Riis Park offered in this solicitation include a par 3, 18-hole golf course with a small starter building, and gazebo as depicted in the corresponding attachments. Uses of the Leased Property: The Offered Lease will authorize the continued operation of the existing driving range, practice green and mini golf complex located on Flatbush Avenue and Pitch and Putt golf course at Jacob Riis Park. The premises shall be subject to the general supervision and inspection of the NPS and to such rules and regulations regarding ingress, egress, safety, sanitation, and security, as may be prescribed by the Park Superintendent from time to time. The Lessee shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Premises and any improvements to the Premises that may be necessary during the term of the Offered Lease. The facility is located in a public space. Term of Lease : The Offered Lease will have a term of five (5) years. It is not renewable. *Additional Terms and Conditions are contained in the attached documents.
