- SPM4A817Q0014 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Mist Collector System, completion required in 60 days ARO. FOB at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitation as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
