Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flagged, ABS Ice Class C0 (C-zero) or equivalent, double hull tanker, with Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks, that is capable of carrying a minimum of 152,381 bbls for at least three clean petroleum products (intentions approximately 135,714 bbls AN8; 14,286 bbls JP5; 2,381 bbls MUM), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea Range Port in CHOPT (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece). 18. Laydays: Commence 12 December 2016 and cancel 13 December 2016. 19. Set-aside Status: N/A. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 20. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" basis is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
