Description

U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: El Paso Delineated Area: West: Sunland Park Drive East: Yarbrough Drive North: Trans Mountain Rd South: Loop 375 (Border Highway) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Joint VA-DoD Sleep Center Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (ADAAG Reserved): 4 Full Term: 2 years Firm Term: 2 years Soft Term: 0 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The space shall include at least 8 hotel/bedroom-like suites/rooms to serve as testing rooms for the care and treatment for patients, no shower(s) or bath tub(s) required in rooms. The space shall also include rooms to serve as training rooms, control rooms, a break room, supply rooms, utility room, office spaces, and secured telecommunications rooms. Space must be adjoining and located on one floor.
