- The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify sources to provide leisure travel consortium services for the Joint Service Travel Program (JSTP). The JSTP, licensed as Latitudes Travel, is currently the home office for over 65 military offices worldwide with annual sales in excess of nine million dollars. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.
