- SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: This solicitation will result in a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for Lodging, Meals and Meeting Rooms, for a period of performance of 15-18 December 2016. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the listed requirements as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. This is a full and open acquisition open to all business sizes. Contract shall be awarded to one vendor for one hotel.
