- Wage Determination Safety Specifications GFP Load Frame Components Performance Work Statement Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a 100% small business set aside contract for the following services: The Contractor shall provide commercial PM, RM, calibration and certification on United Tensile Testers Load Frame SFM-300KN and Load Frame SFM-100KN and their associated components. The calibration of the equipment and the associated calibration certificate must meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 requirements. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 30 January 2017 - 29 January 2018 The estimated award date is 29 November 2016. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $20,500,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
