- AH-64 Next Generation (Next Gen) Intercommunications System (ICS) The intent of this sources sought is to determine industry capabilities to produce a Next Generation (Next GEN) Intercommunications System (ICS) on the AH-64E Apache Attack Helicopter. The legacy ICS system consists of two Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) totaling 3 components: • LRU #1 (command & control / quantity 1) - 4.970" wide / 7.575" high / 7.975" deep / 8.4 lbs • LRU #2 (pilot vehicle interface / quantity 2) - 5.575" wide / 5.625" high / 3.23" deep / 1.4 lbs
