- OSD/CAPE Information Management and Analysis Group (IMAG) Support - Knowledge Management and Software Development Services Industry Day November 2016 1. The Office of the Secretary of Defense Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE) and the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) will be hosting an Industry Day event for the upcoming IMAG Support - Knowledge Management and Software Development Services requirement. The Industry Day is scheduled for Wednesday, 16 November 2016, at WHS/AD. Date: 16 November 2016 Time: 1100-1200 hrs (EST) Location: WHS/AD Crystal City Gateway 2 2nd Floor, Suite 200, All Hands Conference Room 1225 South Clark St, Arlington VA 22202 2. Registration requests must be sent via email to John Haberlach, john.m.haberlach.civ@mail.mil, no later than 1200 hrs on 14 November 2016. Please note: In order to manage space constraints, the Government reserves the right to limit registration, if necessary. 3. Please title the email "CAPE IMAG Industry Day November 2016-Company Name" and include the first name, last name, email address, and company Cage Code for each individual attending. 4. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) was posted previously to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) and GSA EBuy. FBO (www.fbo.gov or www.fedbizzops.gov): HQ003417RIMAG GSA Ebuy: RFQ 1151390 5. Interested parties are requested to submit Industry Day questions via email to John Haberlach at john.m.haberlach.civ@mail.mil no later than 1200 hrs on 14 November 2016. This will give the Government time to review the questions and the answers will be discussed during the Industry Day and posted to FedBizzOps. No questions will be accepted unless submitted in writing. 6. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred to attend the Industry Day event.
