- Delivery Schedule J&A The US Naval Hospital Guam, Contracting Office located in Agana Heights, Guam intends to issue sole source firm fixed priced commercial contract to Medpharm, Inc. to perform on site preventive maintenance services on the Biomerieux Microbiology Analyzer, Vitek 2 Compact, in accordance with original equipment manufacturers written procedures. The vendor will also carry out calibration services utilizing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Vendor will also provide drop shipment of supplies (see attached schedule). The services and product delivery will be performed at the US Naval Hospital Guam BLDG 50 Farenholt Road, Agana Heights, GU 96910 A sole source procurement will be issued to Medpharm Inc. as they are the only local vendor capable of performing preventative maintenance on the Biomerieux Microbiology Analyzer, Vitek 2 Compact 60, in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers procedures. The supply and servicing of this equipment is needed in order to carry out the continuity of patient care. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $20.5M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 5:00 PM EST, September 21, 2016 to: brianwilliam.c.mafnas.civ@mail.mil Responses received will be evaluated on technical capability and price; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
