- 1. The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price supply contract to deliver dining supplies for the Dining Facility, Clay Kaserne, USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. 2. The Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CM-16-T-0057 will be issued on or about 15 September 2016. 3. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site or can be requested by: 4.
