- Davis Bacon Wage Rates Statement of Work For New Boston Air Force Station Repa i r F l oor S l ab, SATCOM, B 1 42 New Boston, NH Project Number: R NGF 1 60303 Dated: 30 November 201 5 The project includes removal and replacement of pavement and turf, excavation and backfill for the installation of under drains, filling abandoned utility lines with grout and installing storm drains to drain electrical manholes, cleaning existing storm drain lines and installing Cured in Place Pipe {CIPP) Lining on existing storm drain line. Base Bid items shall include all work indicated within the contract drawings and specifications as well as all required training, security approvals, testing, as-built drawings and miscellaneous close out items. The Period of Performance will be 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed letter is issued.
