- **Please see attached Request for Quote (RFQ) documents for all applicable terms and conditions.** This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is in order to award a n Open Market Term Contract ( TC) in accordance with FAR Part 12. This TC will be a small business set aside firm fixed price with an economic price adjustment. It will be awarded on a line by line basis with FOB Destination pricing for Zone A (East Coast, Zones 1-5) and Zone B (West Coast, Zones 6-10) using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The commodities being procured are 29 Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant Cushioning National Stock Numbers NSNs. The awarded TC will have one base year and four potential one year option periods. The total period of performance shall not exceed five years. Only Small Business vendors will be considered for award. The awarded vendor will receive various notices to deliver throughout the year as supplies are needed for direct delivery to GSA customers within the Continental United States (CONUS) as well as for direct delivery to GSA customers outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). All quantities listed in Attachment A are forecasted five year quantities based of the NSN (National Stock Number) PO (Purchase Order) History and are not guaranteed.
