- JOTFOC WINCH The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Norfolk, VA awarded a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Appleton Marine Inc for the supplies indicated in schedule B. This procurement was processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333923. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard was 500 employees. Solicitation documents and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 No solicitation was issued.
