- This is a Request for Proposal for: Nomenclature: Eye, Hoisting, Transm NSN: 1730-01-130-1478 Quantity: 44 each Basic Drawing: Cage 77272, 145E5902, dated 09/26/02 Latest Revision: Cage 81996, 145E5902-1, dated 01/15/14 FOB: Origin Inspection and Acceptance: Destination Requested Delivery Days: 319 This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The issue date is on or around 09/30/16, and the closing date is on or around 10/31/16. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
