- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is 100% set aside for a SB. The solicitation number FA4497-16-T-META is being issued as a Request for Quote. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
