- Description
- 1. The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price non-personal service contract to provide Program Education and Emergency Placement Care service for the ACS Family Advocacy Program (FAP) support services for all assigned Soldiers, civilians and family members with a period of performance for 12 months plus One (1) 12 month option starting on or about 30 September 2016. 2. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM-16-T-0050 will be issued on or about 15 September 2016. 3. The contractor shall comply with the Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) which is required on fiscal year basis (from 01 Oct to 30 Sep of the following year) for contract work done within that period. Report is due not later than 31 Oct of each fiscal year or earlier if contract expires before 30 Sep. Final contract payment shall be withheld pending completion of the CMR. Note that failure to comply with this requirement is grounds for contract termination. 4. Invoicing and payments will be processed electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow (iRAPT) portal as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4. The contractor must identify an E-business point of contact in their Central Contract Registration (CCR). 5. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to the Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website www.FedBizOpps.Gov. 6. Contract is for a period of one year plus one (1) 12 month option starting from date of contract award. 7. Respond by Date: 23 Sep 2016; 1400 hours CET Germany. 8. IMPORTANT: Bidders/Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at the time of submission of Offers.
