- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Gardiner Service Company, 31200 Bainbridge Road, Solon, OH, 44039. Gardiner Service Company is a small business that will be replacing the existing Trane master controller with a new web based master controller to include minor installation at First Ladies National Historic Site.
