- Photograph Barrier Gate Location Barrier Gate Salient Characteristics Combined Synopsis Quote Work Sheet This requiest for quote is for TARDEC for the purchase and installation of a Remote Activated Barrier Gate Systems located at the east and west of Southern Lot at Building 230. The following documents are attached with this combined solicitation: 1. Combined Synopsis. All instructions are listed in combined synopsis. 2. Salient Characteristics. 3. Photograph for the location of the Remote Activated Barrier Gate System. 4. Quote Work Sheet. The response due date for quotes is 3:00 PM EST Wednesday, 21 Sep 2016. All questions regarding the solicitation need to be submitted to Michael Weaver no later than 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 20 Sep 2016. Submit quotes and questions electronically to Michael Weaver at michael.h.weaver6.civ@mail.mil Incomplete quotes or noncompliant quotes may not be accepted. Vendors can submit additional information with their quote. However, this is optional and is not required. All contractors must comply with the delivery location and terms of the contract IAW FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical Items.
