- Principle NAICS is 332994 and size standard is 1000. The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) requirement is for Glock 19 Holsters and Tactical lights for pre-mobilization at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center Starke, FL. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a Single, best value, Technically Acceptable, Firm-Fixed Price contract without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your quote. Technically Acceptable is defined by the meeting or exceeding the product specifications for the item(s) requirement. IAW FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation contract award will be made if the criteria in this combined synopsis solicitation is met that presents the best value to the Government. Quotes submitted that do not comply with the evaluation criteria will not be accepted and will be considered "non-responsive." Due to the rapid deployment of this unit the sucessful offeror must guarantee delivery by within 30 days ARO. Offerors that cannot meet this deadline will no longer be considered.
