- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS - Pest Control Services. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 561710 'Exterminating and Pest Control Services'. The size standard is $11 Million.
