- BPA Terms and Conditions RFQ/Combo This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested for this Blanket Purchase Agreement. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237310. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 5680. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $36.5M. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes.
