- J&A CLOTHING SPREADSHEET SOLICITATION The United States Marshals Servies (USMS) has a requirement for various tactical clothing items and accessories for Deputy Marshals and Task Force Officers. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial FFP contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is 100% Small Business set aside. Items quoted must match the brand name listed on the attached spreadsheet. Pricing may be included on the attached spreadsheet and emailed. Questions must be directed to jaclyn.williams@usdoj.gov in writing no later than 09/16/16 at 4:00 PM Central Time. Quotes should be emailed to jaclyn.williams@usdoj.gov by the due date and time.
