- Description
- The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, with Business Monitor International Limited, 2 Broadgate Circle, London, EC2M 2QS, United Kingdom. The Commission anticipates awarding a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Business Monitor International Limited, for the purpose of obtaining a single user license to Business Monitor Online to provide the Commission with global country coverage market research reports and industry sector analysis. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months, beginning October 1, 2016. This Notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information (capability statement) received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Michael Pigram, Contracting Officer, at michael.pigram@usitc.gov. Please note in the subject line "ITC-RFQ-16-0059: Global Country Coverage Subscription." A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
