- Construction Drawings for Eau Galle Boat Ramp replacement Photo of existing boat ramp to be replaced Amendment 0005 - solicitation modification document. Amendment changes delivery date and allows full & open competition. Conform Copy of complete solicitation including Amendments 0001 - 0005. Amendment changes delivery date and allows full & open competition. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the removal of an existing boat ramp, composed of pre-cast concrete planks, and the installation of a new boat ramp, composed of pre-cast concrete planks, anchored to a cast-in-place concrete slab. The on-site construction will be completed by 26 May, 2017. The boat ramp is located in Eau Galle Recreation Area, Spring Valley, Wisconsin - in Pierce County, approximately 50 miles east of St. Paul. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is unrestricted - Firms of any size are invited to quote. Performance and Payment Bond pricing (CLIN 0002) will be required for quotes over $35,000. Quotes for $35,000 or less will not require pricing for payment and performance bonds. This RFQ has been amended multiple times. A conform copy of the complete solicitation, including all amendments, has been attached to Amendment 0005.
